KINESIOTAPING

KINESIOTAPING

A technique that uses elastic bands (kinesio tape) to support muscles, joints and soft tissues without restricting movement.

This technique is used in physiotherapy to reduce pain, improve function and accelerate recovery from injuries.

Kinesiotaping is used for:

Sports injuries: sprains, strains and injuries to ligaments and tendons

Pain in muscles and joints: pain in the back, neck, shoulders, knees and joints

Postoperative rehabilitation:

Inflammation and swelling: tendinitis, bursitis, lymphedema

Mobility problems
