KINESITHERAPY

is movement therapy used to strengthen muscles, improve mobility and recover impaired movement function.
It is a key part of the rehabilitation process, providing an efficient and non-invasive way to improve health and functionality through movement, and includes active and passive exercises.
Passive exercises are performed by the therapist without the active participation of the patients.
Active exercises, the patient actively performs exercises, using his strength and movement.
